The Rotary Wine Fellowship, with Conrad Heede.
In anticipation of our upcoming Club winetasting, Conrad Heede will discuss the Wine Fellowship and offer some wine pointers!
 
Conrad is a member of the Grapevine, Texas Rotary Club, where he served as president in 1980/81. He has enjoyed 40 years of perfect attendance. He served as District 5790 Governor in 1992/92 and presently serves as D-5790 Global Grant Ambassadorial Scholarships Chairman and Rotary Fellowships Chairman. He initiated the Rotary Intercountry Teacher Exchange (RITE), the RotaTree Program and he brought RYLA to our district. Conrad has done over 400 humanitarian, educational and cultural exchange grant projects in the US and in over 30 foreign countries. He is the Zone 21B Chairman for the Rotary Initiative for Population and Development and has been the Zone Chair for the Open World Program since its inception. He has been the president of the Rotarian Wine Appreciation Fellowship since 2002 and has increased the membership from 11 members in 2 countries to over 4,000 members in 63 countries. Last year he served as the R.I. Fellowship Chair over all the Fellowships.
